Spanish Green Beans Intense

Green bean is a member of the legume family. They are characterized by an intense green colour and have an elongated shape. When consumed before they mature the seeds are just formed and they are very tender and also very low in calories (less than 20 kcal per 100g). When they are more mature and the seeds are already formed, they also provide protein and carbohydrates, but remain low in fat.
